We are committed to destigmatizing mental health associated with seeking therapy within our society. The Victorious Project works hard to create safe spaces for people to be seen, understood, and feel less alone. This is achieved by providing mental health education through online platforms and in person services in the state of California.

Anxiety

Uncovering the causes of your worries and fears; by learning to relax; learning new perspectives and developing coping mechanisms and problem-solving skills.

Depression

Stigma is often associated with depression. Therapy aims to sort out environmental, biological, and circumstantial factors contributing to any depressed mood.

Life Transitions

Transitions are a natural part of life, and can cause fear, stress, restlessness, vulnerability, or depression. Life transition therapy is an option to work with individuals through these emotional changes using healthy coping mechanisms.

Life Stressors 

Stress is the bodily response to life’s demands. Working with a mental health professional, together we can reduce stress, manage stress and work through other mental health issues that have developed over time. 

Building Self Esteem

With a supportive therapist you can learn a new, healthier, happier sense of self. By learning to connect the dots of your life, discover where your low self esteem came from, and absolve your mind from negative beliefs and critical self-talk.

We use a therapeutic approach to implement different therapy styled needed to help achieve your desired outcome


Therapy is not about “fixing” you, you are not broken. Therapy is about empowering you with tools to assist you in regaining control over your life so you learn you, understand you, and are able to be the best version of you.
